"During class while doing more calmed poses (where there didn’t seem to be much flexing or deep stretching) I was truly able to feel calm and restful. I have firm belief that all things can be connected to another. Skills transfer to other skills, experience in one subject can give you a better understanding in a new subject and every bit of knowledge you choose to bring into something will decide how you carry yourself through it. Using the more with the flow mindset and adapting with changes as they come doesn’t always mean altering the situation. It can be as simple as just knowing there is a problem next to you and it's with you as you’re carried down the river, until it finds a nice bank to dock on."

"I thoroughly enjoyed this class! I felt relaxed and at the very same time, pushed/challenged. There was a good balance of calming and stretching poses, but then there were fun and harder poses thrown in, to get me a bit sweaty. It was a great way to start the day feeling relaxed and stretched. I love yoga."
